This module is an extension of CRM - Customer Relationship Management. The objective of this module is to help the partners of the company understand their customers better and to automate the efforts of communication.
Key Features :-
1). Bug Tracking - It is quite understandable that this section deals with the Bugs arised and its solving procedure. But it also gives us clear view of the attention given to our customers.
2). Jobs Requests - Interested candidates who fall under the company criteria, may apply for the available job positions. It not only displays the calendar views for all the menus of Jobs Requests, but it also displays the calendar view for the Jobs Meetings with the future employees.
3). Leads - Popularly known as Leads Generation. This section helps us get in touch with the new customers and their requirements. Indeed, an excellent way of expanding the business.
4) Meetings - Meetings can be either of the categories - Sales Meeting, Training or Internal Meeting. As every department and section conduct meetings for some or other reasons, Meetings become a crucial part of this module.
5) Opportunities - The name itself means benefit. Now, this is something very important and "profitable". The partners can put forward an opportunity to their customers.
For example,
ABC bank has cut down its re-mortgage interest rates from 10% to 8.5% for its customers from 15th April 2008 to 15th June 2008. Now, this is an opportunity that the customers can grab who are planning to re-mortgage their property.

Generic Reports include the following::

--> Cases by section, category and stage
--> Cases by section, category and category2
Further, these reports are filtered with a domain as per Leads and Opportunities.
